- Any issues with the Hair Extensions must be communicated in writing to CentrePoint within 30 days of purchase. Please provide clear photographic evidence depicting the problem. - Hair extensions that have been colored, bleached, or permed are not eligible for replacement or partial refund. Our management will determine this after testing the extensions.
